IMTBike does not rent helmets or riding gear for safety, comfort and hygienic reasons, so we ask that you bring your own motorcycle gear.

It is strictly prohibited taking our motorcycles to Morocco. There is no insurance coverage on the motorcycles in Morocco and you would be responsible for all damages to the motorcycle.

The motorcycles can be ridden in any European Country. It is very important that you list the countries that you are planning to visit in the “comments” section so that we know where you will be riding and can make sure you have insurance coverage.

No. It is strictly prohibited using the motorcycle for any non-asphalt riding or using the motorcycle on a racetrack. There is no insurance coverage on the motorcycles for offroad or racetrack riding and you will be responsible for the full amount of the damages and loss of income to IMTBike.

Both insurance policies are full coverage. The regular insurance has a damage deductible of 2000Euros, and the VIP insurance has a damage deductible of 350Euros. The regular insurance is included in the rental cost and the VIP insurance costs 20E/day extra. The VIP insurance can only be taken out on rentals 4 days or longer.

Absolutely! Any bags that you do not want to take on your motorcycle adventure can be left with us until you return.

Yes, one way rentals are possible for a 150Euros surcharge. We have 7 different locations to choose from: Barcelona, Madrid, Sevilla, Bilbao, Santiago de Compostela, Valencia and Malaga.

You must be over 25 years old with a minimum of 2 years with a motorcycle endorsement on your license. You must have at least 3000 miles of riding experience in the last 3 years.

If you cancel your rental more than 30 days prior to your rental you will be refunded 50% of your deposit. If you cancel from 30-15 days before your rental you will be refunded 50% of the total rental cost. If you cancel 15 days or less there will be no refund.

Yes it is possible to change your rental dates one time for a surcharge. The surcharge is either 100Euros or 20% of your total rental cost whichever is GREATER.

Yes, a motorcycle rental is a great gift idea for a friend that loves to ride. To do this you will need to fill out the online booking form with your friends information as completely as possible. Make sure to use your email to receive the rental confirmation! In the comments section please add that this is a surprise gift for a friend.

To process your rental we will charge 30% of the total rental cost. The balance payment will be taken 30 days prior to the start of your motorcycle rental. If your rental is within 30 days the full amount will be charged when we process your rental.

Our rental stations have normal Spanish business hours: 10am-2pm, 4pm-8pm. On weekends most stations are closed and there is a two day rental minimum.
